Many clients who complete this session choose to continue with ongoing monthly coaching — a bi-weekly 1:1 support structure built around accountability, habit and lifestyle coaching, and functional nutrition guidance woven into real life. No rigid timelines, no arbitrary end dates. Just consistent, personalized support until you've reached the goals that matter most to you.
