A one-time functional nutrition consultation for clarity and direction
Duration: 75–90 min Zoom video consultation
Includes: Personalized nutrition plan, 20+ page meal plan, 30-min follow-up session (2–3 weeks later)

A deeper program for long-term health alignment and resilience
Duration: 6 months (24 weeks)
